Under our Live Arrival Guarantee and hardware-protection rules, a customer making a claim may be required to submit continuous, unedited unboxing video and/or photographic evidence ("Media Data"). We process this media to verify claims, assess shipment condition, improve packing and quality control, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Please avoid including unrelated personal or sensitive information in the recording.

- With Service, Commerce & Logistics Providers: Including Shopify, hosting or app providers, customer-support tools, analytics or marketing providers where enabled, and couriers that need information such as Your name, address, email, or phone number to provide their services.
- Payment Processors & Commerce Platforms: Payment and transaction information may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, or another payment provider displayed at checkout or on an AntNook invoice. AntNook generally does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
- For Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution: We may disclose relevant order, tracking, account, device/IP, and submitted Media Data to payment providers, financial institutions, carriers, insurers, professional advisers, or competent authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, resolve payment disputes, enforce our policies, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with law.
5. Retention and Deletion of Data
We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting and tax obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements. Claim videos and photographs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to verify a claim, handle payment disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. In many cases this may include the relevant payment-dispute period; longer retention may be necessary while a dispute, investigation, or legal requirement remains active. When the information is no longer needed, We delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.
