1. Terms of Service & Age Restriction By using antnook.net, you agree to be bound by these terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Unauthorized purchases by minors are a violation of these terms.
2. Intellectual Property All 3D modular formicarium designs are proprietary property of AntNook. You may not copy, replicate, or attempt to reverse-engineer any physical hardware or software designs contained on this website.
3. Biological Disclaimer & Indemnification We strive for high health standards prior to dispatch. However, materials are provided on an 'as is' basis.

Assumption of Risk: By purchasing live biological subjects, you assume all risks associated with handling live insects.

Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless AntNook from any claims, damages, or biological escapes resulting from the handling of live subjects post-arrival.
4. Payments, Refunds & Anti-Fraud To protect our community, we utilize Alternative Secure Gateways. Automated direct financial refunds are not supported.

Cancellations: Approved pre-dispatch cancellations will be issued minus non-refundable third-party payment gateway fees.

Anti-Fraud: Fraudulent chargeback attempts will be aggressively contested with evidence, resulting in a permanent ban.
5. Dispute Resolution Any dispute shall be settled by binding individual arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against AntNook.
6. Incorporation of Global Protection Protocol By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly agree to be bound by all conditions, time limits, and voidances stated in the AntNook Global Protection Protocol.
